Registration and Payment

Please complete the Registration Form (PDF) and return it to the Conference Secretariat (see below). The registration fee includes all conference documentation, all coffee breaks and lunches. The cost for hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee.

Kindly note that, due to possible European events in Strasbourg, it is recommended to reserve rooms as soon as possible.

Cancellations
Pre-registered delegates who are unable to attend the Conference will be refunded except for an administrative fee of EUR 30, provided the Conference Secretariat receives written notice of non-attendance before August 31, 2001. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. Substitutions may, however, be made at any time. The name of the substitute/s should be forwarded to the Conference Secretariat.

For cancellations of hotel reservations, please contact your hotel to
establish what terms apply.
