Please complete the Conference Registration Form (as PDF) and return it to the Conference Secretariat. The registration fee includes all conference documentation, all coffee breaks, two lunches and two dinner buffets. The costs for hotel accommodation and travel are not included in the registration fee.

In all contacts with the Hotel Unter den Linden, refer to “EUFEPS” as the “Call up Code”. March 18, 2002, is release date for the block reservation. Registration and Accommodation Cancellations
Pre-registered delegates who are unable to attend the Conference will be refunded, except for an administrative fee of EUR 30, provided the Conference Secretariat receives a written notice of non-attendance, before April 5, 2002. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. Substitutions may, however, be made at any time. The name of the substitute/s should be forwarded to the Conference Secretariat.
